The start of the cartoon brings us to an illegal fighting arena where Guile is battling some guy called the Crimson Crawdad. Guile has been labled a chicken by the rest because he deserted the International Peacekeeping Forces as well as his own troops during the attack on Shadowloo. But in fact, he was made to desert his soldiers because of the elite team, Street Fighters. As the fight goes on, a man runs up to the ring with a chair and tries to slam it into Guile calling him a coward. But Guile catches the wooden chair with ease and sees the SF logo carved on it. Its actually a signal telling him to report to his superior as soon as possible. On seeing the logo, Guile finishes the fight immediately and leaves.
EPISODE 1 - THE ADVENTURE BEGINS
Walking down a back alley, he lifts up a piece of wood next to a door and a panel appears. After pressing some buttons, the door opens and he enters it. Guile sees his superior in the room and he starts telling Guile about the latest mission, making a remark about being not so popular at the fight. According to his superior, Guile's mission requires him to save a group of medical scientists who have been kidnapped. They were working on a cure for a deadly virus that could wipout the human race! Guile was then made to listen to a tape that was recorded thru a phone relay during the kidnap. This is where Guile hears a very familiar voice... the voice of Cindy, his ex girlfriend. As there was not enuff time to assembly the whole SF team, Guile picked those who were near his location... mainly Chunli together with freelancers Ryu and Ken.
 | The next scene shifts to some jungle where Ryu and Ken are searching for an ancient temple rumoured to contain treasure. But after 2 days of looking, they still have not found it. Ryu then comes into contact wth a wild boar as it runs pass him, getting slimed by it. Little did he know the slime was the deadly virus! He gets fedup and wants to go home but Ken insists on searching till sundown and Ryu hesitently agrees. Here we see the virus taking its effect on Ryu. |

Now we are at a local store where Ken is trying in vain to converse with the store owner. Suddenly, Guile appears and Ken askes if he needs any more 'players' for the mission. Guile agrees to take them along but tells himself that he is gonna regret it.
At the docks, we see Chunli getting attacked by 3 thugs who wanted to rob her. Unfortunately for them, she clobbers all 3 of them instead. Juz then, Guile arrives with Ryu and Ken.
They begin their journey to the medical scientists' makeshift labs deep in the jungle. Chunli manages to find a surveillance monitor that didn't melt and replayed the video on it which clearly showed the team getting attacked by high freq naser rays. Guile picked up an ID card of Cindy and Chunli askes about it mentioning that she must have been someone special. Looking at the branches, Guile concludes that military hovercrafts were used in the hijacking of the scientists. He also knew that this was all Bison's doings. Chunli then thinks aloud that Bison was the man who killed her father and she wants revenge!
 |  | We now come to the temple where Ken has all along been looking for. The natives are meditating when suddenly a group of Shawdowloo troops appear and use the high freq noise on them, rendering them unconcious. Blanka who was locked high in the temple saw this and got into a fury! He broke out of the window but it was too late, the natives were already taken away in the hovercraft. |
The scene now shows Bison's makeshift labs and he gives the kidnapped scientists a brief intro. He wants to help them find the cure fast! Therefore he wanted to infect the natives with the virus. But Cindy objected as they will die unless they came up with the cure fast enuff. Bison gave them 12 hours.
YOU HAVE 12 HOURS!Back at the temple, Guile and the rest were searching for clues again when Blanka appeared. He though the SFs were the ones who kidnapped his native friends so he pounced on Guile the moment he saw him. After clearing up the misunderstanding, Blanka agrees to follow Guile to find Bison as he was the one who turned him into the beast he is today.
The next morning, we find Ryu and Ken missing. They had gone to the temple to take the treasures but Ryu faints in the temple due to the virus. Ken is at a loss of what to do! So he carries Ryu out of the temple to look for Guile.
COME TO PAPA! | Guile, Chunli and Blanka then attack Bison's temporary lab as soon as they had found it. Chunli rescues the scientists while Bison begins to destroy the area and the medical supplies. At the same time, he also sets the virus to blow up in 5 seconds. After that, Bison escapes. Blanka, on seeing this and anxious to save his native brothers rushes into the room and evacuates the natvies. Next he hugs the dome containing the virus close to himself. Therin only he gets exposed. Ken returns with Ryu who is dying. Chunli runs to Guile and the rest shouting "Come quick! Its Blanka!" |
Assuming that he is going to die, Cindy tells them to go say their goodbyes. But to their surprise, Blanka has already recovered. It turned out that whatever Bison had use to turn Blanka into the beast produced antibodies to fight the virus and from his blood, Cindy was able to create a vaccine which cured Ryu. The world is safe!
After saying their goodbyes, Blanka tells Guile his wish to join the SF and also mentions the thirty dollars that Guile has owed him since military days! Guile responds with a "Now wait a minute!" And everybody starts laughing. Alls well that ends well!
